En un mundo de tensión y conflictos , ¿qué hace falta?. ¿Qué se hace necesario?. Primero, reconocer la realidad de que la tensión siempre existirá. Y segundo, integrar su energía en nuestras vidas. Sin embargo, hacemos lo contrario. La negamos... o huimos de ella. Como si por hacer ésto la tensión por acto de magia desaparecerá. Muy por el contrario, hay que mirarla directamente a los ojos y reconocer nuestra faz en ella....
