I haven't seen the picture The Last Samurai. But I' ve been told good comments about it. I wonder how many youngsters , like the ones that came to our dojo have persisted in their intent to wear a hakama. And , how many of them have been truly motivated to start walking the path of whatever martial discipline appeals to them. This experience make me take again a look to some thoughts I've had for a while. Let me explain...
